Maybe you could practice with a metronome, and when you want to practice performance,, go with this very musical accomplishment. It’s is so preferred to have the piano follow the natural phrasing of the piece-the spaces and rits are right on in this video. I’m not contradicting you-I just thought you might not know the value of accompaniment like this. It’s precious IMHO…

Timing is off quite often making it hard to keep in time. Should be kept exactly to time instead of using push and pull
