I can feel your sadness. My Dad died a few months after I turned 18 in 1977. I'm 65 now and I still miss him. It's been 45 years. My Mom died in 2010. I'm thankful she got to see my daughter grow up and meet her oldest grandson. It's very hard when both parents are gone. I'm thankful to have lots of pictures of my parents. I'll say extra prayers for both of yours. Your sister was right, snakes generally don't stay where they shed their skin. I'm glad you were around your lovely friends today. I'm very glad you are stocking up too. You never know what Mother Nature will do. We stock up when hurricane season starts. We try to get rid of any meats we have in our freezer. That's too costly to replace if our electricity is out for a couple weeks. Lots of can goods, soups, ramen noodles, things like that is what we buy just in case. And batteries for our camping fans to try to keep us cooler. Being prepared is a good thing. Also bottled and gallon jugs of water. So we can flush if the water goes out. And do quick wipe downs on us lol. The flowers were beautiful. Your Mother was a lovely looking woman. I see you in her. Your boyfriend looks tall in the quick photo you showed! Handsome too. Memories is all we have as you get older. I can also tell you a mothers love is infinite. I have fond memories of my mother in law teaching me how to cook filipina delicacies when she was still alive. I have 2 cats that keep me company since I too am alone and they seem to know when I'm sad or when I sick and comfort me. I also feed 2 stray cats and in return they bless me by keeping mice away from my home. Thank you for sharing this day with all of us.

Hi Che B I love to look through old photos of my mum and dad with my brother, sister and I. You are very like your mum and I'm sure she is looking down on you with pride. Take comfort from the knowledge your parents are together again. Nobody can take away your memories , remember the happy times. My brothers anniversary is coming up on the 5th Sept, he also passed away from an acute stroke, sadly he was brain dead when my mum found him. 3 months later we lost my mum to pneumonia, she had just given up. Love to share those photos but I think I made my friends cry by seeing their photos. Such a happy time with them, but made me cry also when I saw my family’s photos. My dream is to give her gifts when I got a good job, but did not able to because she left us early.
I was sad and cried in your video… I also remembered my mother’s death exactly obon yasumi (all souls day) in Japan. Until now I remember when they called that they were in the emergency room of the hospital and my mother didn’t want to let me know because she didn’t want me to worry 😢
Hello.❤️ Yes I have, she’s a sister of my father. Married to German. Papa used to send photos to her. There were no smartphones before, so airmail was the way of sending photos. I got those photo collage from my Aunt’s fb and printed it.

You are a kind and beautiful young lady, and are a credit to both your parents. In regards to the snake situation, if you dilute, either peppermint or citronella, or eucalyptus in water and spray around any area you dont want snakes, this will help, they also hate the smell, also garlic and onions but that might be smelly. I only have a few of my mother because she didn't like having her picture taken. I must say that you look like your mom. She was a beautiful lady. I'm sure she very much enjoyed her flowers and fruit that you gave to her. You are a wonderful young woman. It was good to see everyone gather at Angela's place for food and fun times. Everyday life can be so stressful, so taking time to relax and enjoy is a must. I think the ladies will be very sad when you return home to the Phillipines. Maybe Riza will marry and stay in Japan? I went to the grocery store two days ago, and I bought my favorite strawberry Pocky sticks. I already have instant yakisoba here at home, but I prefer making udon stir-fry. I'm glad you were able to get a few things at the market, but hopefully soon the earthquake and tsunami dangers will be over and the stores can restock rice and essentials. In the wintertime here, if the weatherman reports lots of snow, people here do the same and buy all the water, bread, toilet paper, etc. Crazy people, lol 😆 😜 Sorry for such a long comment. I'm sorry I am unable to buy a thank you button right now. I have so many medical bills that I can not afford it at this time, but maybe in the future. Made me in tears about your mom, because of your story i also remember my dad who passed away 3 years ago due to corona virus! I still remember crying inside the ambulance alone with my unconscious papa. And was declared dead on arrival when we reached hospital. Losing your parents is the most painful heartbreak that you could ever experience. I think your mom is proud of you 🙏 watching over you with all the things that you do now ❤️ I Love your Friendship ❤️ I can see and ivy always telling me how much you love each other, its like more than Family. My Parents were Married 53 years and raised 7 children. I am well aquatinted with Grief. My Peace is knowing they're together in Heaven and have no more sickness.. 🥺🤧🙏🏽✝️

You are correct about the snake. Unsure if it is correct intrepation but l have always associated the serpent in Genesis 3:1-7 as a vile snake that tempted Adam and Eve. But in Matthew 10:16 Jesus spoke of serpents as wise. But l still don't want to have an up close and personal encounter with one. And l was correct in that God is NOT a snake but our Heavenly Father who loves and cares for all who seeks Him, asks for forgiveness of their sins and accepts Jesus Christ into their hearts as their One and Only Lord and Savior to have everlasting life. John 3:16.

They say 90% of power restored by tomorrow but I’ll believe it when I see. It. And this was a small typhoon went through. Now we have a Tropical Storm passing by🤣. Lots of rain and lightning. Memories is all we have as you get older. I can also tell you a mothers love is infinite. I have fond memories of my mother in law teaching me how to cook filipina delicacies when she was still alive. I have 2 cats that keep me company since I too am alone and they seem to know when I'm sad or when I sick and comfort me. Hi Che B I love to look through old photos of my mum and dad with my brother, sister and I. You are very like your mum and I'm sure she is looking down on you with pride. Take comfort from the knowledge your parents are together again. Nobody can take away your memories , remember the happy times. My brothers anniversary is coming up on the 5th Sept, he also passed away from an acute stroke, sadly he was brain dead when my mum found him. 3 months later we lost my mum to pneumonia, she had just given up. Dear Cherry Pie, Im sure your parents are looking down with pride at how much you have accomplished and how brave you are, when you were looking at the photos it made me tear up for you. You are a kind and beautiful young lady, and are a credit to both your parents. In regards to the snake situation, if you dilute, either peppermint or citronella, or eucalyptus in water and spray around any area you dont want snakes, this will help, they also hate the smell, also garlic and onions but that might be smelly. I went to the grocery store two days ago, and I bought my favorite strawberry Pocky sticks. I already have instant yakisoba here at home, but I prefer making udon stir-fry. I'm glad you were able to get a few things at the market, but hopefully soon the earthquake and tsunami dangers will be over and the stores can restock rice and essentials. In the wintertime here, if the weatherman reports lots of snow, people here do the same and buy all the water, bread, toilet paper, etc. Crazy people, lol 😆 😜

Made me in tears about your mom, because of your story i also remember my dad who passed away 3 years ago due to corona virus! I still remember crying inside the ambulance alone with my unconscious papa. And was declared dead on arrival when we reached hospital.

Hello sweet Miss Cherry Pie! That is so loving that you honor and remember your mother with flowers, candle and oranges. My beloved mother and sister both passed way from complications due to strokes. I miss them so much too! Cats and dogs do give back but l enjoy houseplants now which give me joy as well. A snake is not God, actually the snake is an evil serpent.

You are correct about the snake. Unsure if it is correct intrepation but l have always associated the serpent in Genesis 3:1-7 as a vile snake that tempted Adam and Eve. But in Matthew 10:16 Jesus spoke of serpents as wise. But l still don't want to have an up close and personal encounter with one. And l was correct in that God is NOT a snake but our Heavenly Father who loves and cares for all who seeks Him, asks for forgiveness of their sins and accepts Jesus Christ into their hearts as their One and Only Lord and Savior to have everlasting life. John 3:16.
