Over 300 hrs on my 700 series splitter, would love to have one with adjustable wedge and auto cycle valve, good to see rugged made stepping there game up !!!!
Just got my 700 delivered and put together. Works great, can’t imagine going back to a small splitter again! It’s a game changer for sure. Please make a retrofit kit for the 700 with the upgraded 800 parts.
I think there is a HUGE opportunity to reach an under-served market: Vertical style splitter for the homeowner (think Eastonmade Axis architecture). There's a lot of us out there who really want a splitter of this vertical-design, but cannot justify 10x the cost of a "box-store" brand splitter (think County Line 25 ton) If you could bring a Vertical style splitter to market in the $3-5k range I truly believe you'd sell as many as you could make
@RuggedMade thanks, but I'm not talking about that kind of vertical splitter (basic rotating model) I'm talking about the type of splitter where the operator stands upright, while the hydraulic cylinder points downward toward a table and is operated by a foot control. Please don't get me wrong. RuggedMade products are AWESOME!!. I only brought up my example to explain the architecture type of splitter

So I'm here watching now... Ready to pull the trigger But I want an adjustable wedge. Any models with that?
let's design a chain drive firewood conveyor !!!
Boxwedge with the option to use a 4 or 6 way with a 5” cylinder and 4” pushrod
AWESOME!!!!!!! This is exciting news!!
I would like to see a adjustable box wedge for smaller BBQ wood . Love to be the first one to try it out. The 800 is what I need!
Been doing firewood for over 15 years. Would love to see the 800 on my TH-cam channel!
Jared this awesome news. I love my 700 series.
Thanks for the comment Kevin!
