I always crack up when TENS Units are used bc *I have one that is an implanted INSIDE MY BODY.* 😂! It's called an Interstim but I call it my "Ass Box". It shocks my entire abdomen with wires galore connected to all of my organs and muscles. It's cranked up, 24/7, 365, way past the highest level of the ones YTers use. Obvi, my body is used to it and feels fine; In fact, it even feels good a lot of the time.
