IMO, this is one of the best things in her videos. The accent is easy to capture and understand, this kind of video, where you can focus on the screen/content rather than looking for the subtitles/caption is what one may be comfortable with.
Clarity is preferred in both ways, whatever going on in the screen and what the tutor is saying.
