dickfagsandmotherfuc Pigs[Three Different Ones], Welcome to the Machine, Echoes just to name a few. I'll even ignore the fact that this is supposed to be Marooned, but this chord progression is used a fair amount of Pink Floyd songs.

Every time I hear this track I just have to pick up my guitar and start to jam with this! If I hear this when I have no guitar around it just drives me crazy because im like "daaaamn GIVE ME A FREAKING GUITAR I WANT TO JAM!!", that is a sign that the backing track is good :D
Simple enough (but not TOO simple) that its easy to follow and slow so there is plenty of room to jam and play around with it. And overall felling of this is amazing! First time I heard this I was jamming around and at the 1min mark when you think it couldnt get any better the drums join in... aaah I'm sold ;D

Very nice track to jam with. I use some Dorian, pentatonics-- I play by feel and not really thinking about the scales-- and this piece has a very smooth flow to it, easy to just catch a groove and go. It's like not copying the Floyd too directly but has their feel-- good job.

Very nice, although it feels just a tiny bit slow, easily fixed by loading into Reaper or other DAW with speed adjustments. (Disregard my original comment/question, it wasn't the Tuesday Afternoon I was thinking it was anyway)
Amazing backing track.. Including many others.. I have taken aback many people with my improvisations over this piece.. I find that Dorian and Phrygian work well including Minor of course :) One of the best sounds to try all kinds of emotive bends with :D Thanks Vito

Every time I just listen to this track, trying to find my own voice for my guitar part, I inevitably always end up hearing Marooned start taking over the song in my head hehe.
