I've been listening to hardstyle for over ten years but only since maybe 3 years ago been very in tune with new releases and unknown artists. I came across a chilled out hardstyle mix last year and Inner Peace by Wasted Penguinz wad the beginning track. I was blown away. I've been into trance for years but with hardstyle I just found so much euphoric to be so cheesy so basically I listened to the raw stuff, my preferred style even now, and if I wanted something more euphoric I would just listen to trance/hard trance. Now the past 6 months I've discovered so much good uplifting trance like hardstyle since hearing Inner Peace. Artists like The Void or Star Driver. This track right here is just sublime and I hope they continue more with this sound. The scene needs it
ADAMSKI BEAT its called euphoric hardstyle brother, i only listen euphoric hardstyle and drum and bass!! The emotion in most tracks of euphoric hardstyle is something most people dont feel, but when u do like this track, ur up for a ride deep in space and memories!! Hard to explain, but anxiety, play the game, system activated, and so on are tracks of wp that catch you, and hit you deep within!! Especially system activated, when i have a hard day thinking about my son that i miss for years, i just play that one over and over again and insta get back to old days and sweet memories where is still saw him!! Anyway it is the emotion that makes these tracks sublime.... U just need to feel it!! Much respect buddy!
Danny Timmermans man that is hard to hear, I'm sorry. Sometimes it's the music we love that can be our only escape. Don't get me wrong I really enjoy alot of Euphoric hardstyle but so much of it I find sickly sweet and lacking the "hard" in Hardstyle. I'm loving the bigger more atmospheric melodies becoming prominent in amongst the raw producers like b front, Phuture Noize Adaro and MYST. I'm always searching for more emotional hardstyle music and I'm glad WP are still producing this style. Take care man
