I get a sense of calm when I listen to Super Gt with his self effacing humor and modesty, and I can listen to him all day using his usual signature but funny and descriptive terms and very solid instructions on what to do and not do when racing. Of course I am subscribed. I am not missing anything he puts out.
Most of the french guys in this video were dirty, but Biinou67 realy takes the cake, he expressly takes a no-racing line and doesn't brake on corners to bounce off other cars multiple times, much more violent and shameless than 'sneaky', I noticed it long before you started to remark on it. You shouldn't have let him back through with your penalty.
I find it hilarious that he and his friend (the other YART guy) seem to always be right by each other, trying to bully others off the track between the two of them. No way that isn't intentional.
Biinou67's dirty driving even started in your first race and is quite impressive. It almost like watching Bowser driving in Mario Kart, smashing everyone in their way.
Interesting to see the leaders approach there. It reminded me of road racing bikes…point and shoot rather than trying to carry a ton of corner speed. Shorten the track as much as possible. I always enjoy when a game has enough variety to force you to learn different racing strategies
@@LoLbeautifulsorrowx no.. None of these streamers even play road car races, let alone hatch backs... And PD took the daily A race away now.. Games a fkn mess ..
Considering these were some high DR and SR lobbies, the racing was pretty horrible haha. That Frenchie turned in on you twice on that left hander after going down the hill.
5:34 for random horn... best update feature 2022 -All Time patch updates Another at 8:55 16:40 lots of horns must have been a lower SR lobby... using a real horn instead of a chrome horn. Great video, as usuas! 11:52 I'm sorry to say, @Super GT, that Alsace is not in the "Southern France Area", but in the East, near Germany ;) - that doesn't change your video quality, which is really good! A pleasure to watch :)
I played GT Sport for a little while when I first got into sim racing, and Alsace and Dragon's Trail we're actually the two most memorable tracks for me in the game. The fictional tracks are somehow perfectly suited for the very slight arcady feeling of GTS/GT7.
It's a ridiculous circuit... first GT7 online race I did was the Daily Race A in tuned Mini's on the reverse of this track - if you got smacked down before the hill by some bad driving you didn't have the power to climb up the hill at all. Great racing there Super GT!
The Jaegermeister 💣 just went off at Alsace 🤣. A fun race to watch, perhaps not so much to race. There is a comment here remarking on how fun the mini race was here, I agree, but I came 2nd in it so I am bias. I love your never say die attitude and your willingness to learn from others. GG 👏👏 Like deployed 👍 😎🎙🏎✅
Some serious argy-bargy going on in that one! Alls well that ends better i say (or Gaffer Gamgee, i forget). Anyway, always fun seeing some chaos creep in to your racing once in a while :)
I would recommend at the 2nd turn (u-turn) to drop the gear to 2nd for the engine breaking then quickly change to 3rd at the apex to get the quick exit.
I love these rallycross style races in GT7! They are particularly fun around the smaller courses and PD could easily open joker lap areas w joker penalties. I really enjoy the contacts, it makes you learn a little different racing style.. gettin burned out on bop clean racing.
I was wondering, what about driving this circuit and car combination with a more "rallyesque" driving style rather than trying to keep it nice, tight and clean like a regular road circuit?
😂😂 12:45 is how you race guys like that!! You don't use your brakes, you slow down by slamming into him on the corners!!! And 14:14 I hate when I forget to "accidentally" brake too!! 😂 😂 Look at Steve scrapping!!
The French guys were repeatedly dirty, they tried to be nice to each other but one of them even makes the other rage quit cos they just can’t help their dirty dribing, glad you binned one of them in the end
its about as steep and awkward as laguna seca... did you try using handbrake at all? I believe most GT games will not let you powerslide with TCS turned on. But could very likely have improved laptimes if you can make it work. The computer basically won't allow any power during a slide.
That corner reminds me of one on a karting track in Denmark. If you go full speed over the hill you can get air-time with the fastest karts. EDIT: Btw, you're not supposed to go full speed since the downhill goes straight into a corner.
Alsace is not in the south of France Steve. It's in the north east, bordering Germany notably, since it has been a region historically disputed between France and Germany. Many towns in the region have German names, and a lot of the older folk speak German.
I have never seen this configuration. Don't know if he mentioned it, but was this in GTSport? Bc J have never experienced this track in either Sport or 7 lol
Dragon Trail Seaside - "Chicane of Death" Monza - "Carnage Central" Alsace Test Course - "Rollercoaster from Hell" (and damn near "Monza 2.0" on that hill...JESUS!)

Lol I fall asleep peacefully binge watching Super GT videos 😂😂
Bro is asian but the accent is perfect this reminds of a scene in rush hour 2 😂
@@BAYDOS me too, he'd be a fun and witty race announcer too.
Same
The layout where you take that sloped corner uphill is even more fun imo.
its eau rouge on steroids 💀
La maggiore -east end haha is nice ye
its like reverse laguna seca.
I remember a race there with a mx5 in GTS, you'd imagine how that went with a low power car
tttttttttyttyyy just bc. no

no wonder we hate the french!
I hate French people in gaming. They always play dirty.
Biinou67's dirty driving even started in your first race and is quite impressive. It almost like watching Bowser driving in Mario Kart, smashing everyone in their way.
Alsace: Hey can I copy your homework?
Laguna Seca Corkscrew: Sure, just make sure it looks different.
Alsace:
Exactly what I was thinking. "Just reverse it.... Nobody will recognize that drop"
Doesn’t really feel like Laguna Seca other than it’s a dropping left-right corner. The entry and exit patterns are different.
Interesting to see the leaders approach there. It reminded me of road racing bikes…point and shoot rather than trying to carry a ton of corner speed. Shorten the track as much as possible.

With comfort softs not much grip for cornering yeah
This course is like a realistic hotwheels track

i quite like this new track on gt7 i prefer the backwards version and its well fun in slower cars havent done it in a fast car
Comfort Soft in a Rally B car? now that's pretty weird.
That's what I thought, I was wondering what makes this race looks tricky than it seems, then I looked at the tire graphics and went "Oh."

Ah Alsace..well known for it’s beaches and coastal towns like St Tropez…

It's famous for the beaches on the Rhine lol

Im starting to think the french need a server of their own…

It would be best described as bordering germany
I really love this corner tho its so unique and challenging.

That last race was actually pretty clean. This is a weird track, though.
@SuperGT, Just an FYI. There is an actual Scott Speed in Nitro Rally Cross. The man, The myth, The legend.... Actually exists already.
