Goan Crab Xec Xec | Goan Crab Curry | Jessy's Cookbook

Seafood is always yummy, and when we talk of seafood in Goa, crab xec xec is the one that comes to our mind. There are innumerable ways of cooking crab in Goa, but with its unmistakable roasted flavour the xec xec is unique.
It is a thick curry, made by marinating crab pieces in an aromatic ground masala paste. Though we find it a bit difficult and messy while eating, it is ultimately the taste that matters.
