The name of the song is Orphan's Song (Koji no uta) however, the first name Enkantaada is apparently the Japanese way of saying Spanish word "encantada" aka feminine way of saying "nice to meet you"

Color me impressed. The camera work on this is amazing. The difference between this and most other pv's is like the difference between the chaotic action movies from a few years ago, and early silent films. As in, it's the same difference. The camera now moves in an interesting manner instead of remaining still.

I like what Masa did with the shading, it's a mix of the old style (which is the line pattern) and the new (which is the more realistic shading)
