Definitely my fave voice in Treasure and one of my favorite voices in general. Despite sounding almost stylized (or maybe it's just with how he sings the words and not necessarily his voice), his voice is still so versatile. I've been listening to the Reboot album on repeat and he sounds so different in each track and yet I can still easily pinpoint which part he sings. A bright future is waiting for you, Kyu! Our brightest star!
What I really really love about Junkyu is his ability to manipulate his tone in the genre he’s singing. In pre-debut covers, it was really evident. His “stylized” voice you’re referring to was commonly used after debut so I get it. And I believe it’s their producers fault because whenever he sings in concerts, there’s variations in his tone in those exact same tracks he sounded similar. I’m glad Reboot was able to give the members more control not just in composition but also in production. They know each other’s voices perfectly well and allow them to utilize it their tracks ♥️
Honestly YG has some of the best trainees, and it’s crazy how Junkyu ,Yedam,and jeongwoo will most likely become some of the best vocalists once they actually debut!!!

Definitely my fave voice in Treasure and one of my favorite voices in general. Despite sounding almost stylized (or maybe it's just with how he sings the words and not necessarily his voice), his voice is still so versatile. I've been listening to the Reboot album on repeat and he sounds so different in each track and yet I can still easily pinpoint which part he sings. A bright future is waiting for you, Kyu! Our brightest star!
What I really really love about Junkyu is his ability to manipulate his tone in the genre he’s singing. In pre-debut covers, it was really evident. His “stylized” voice you’re referring to was commonly used after debut so I get it. And I believe it’s their producers fault because whenever he sings in concerts, there’s variations in his tone in those exact same tracks he sounded similar. I’m glad Reboot was able to give the members more control not just in composition but also in production. They know each other’s voices perfectly well and allow them to utilize it their tracks ♥️
Teumes are beyond lucky to have such a gifted and charming member in Treasure, Junkyu fighting!
