Don't think alot of people realize how hard the lyric "I know that I didn't stand a chance. I don't think I'll ever live again" hits. It's heartbreaking to know he knew the drugs were gonna end up killing him and he couldn't win that battle.
And in these lines, It’s like he was talking to us right now. This music feels like he made this after his death. That’s very special

Label wasn’t trying to money grab like everyone thinks because this song was one of the most wanted songs in the juice community and the label just listened to us releasing it, fans didn’t know it was a super sad song like this

Still sucks to hear. 😢 what’s worse is now he’s saying “I never had a chance” and acknowledging even with the drugs he’s been dead for years. The man has resigned to the depression, when at least before he seemed to see both sides and try to improve. But this is the last someone depressed usually feels before making that move, being numb. 😥
I‘m wondering how he was actually feeling in his last months and what songs he made in that time, because already dead seems like it was recorded in the same time as wishing well in the beginning/middle of 2018 when he was somewhat sober (judging by the fact that he’s referencing that he’s feeling like relapsing)

"You can see the pain in my laugh" honestly that line hits the hardest. Sometimes I wish I didn't relate so much to Juice, but at the same time I think it makes his music hit a little bit harder.

I've never really been one to buy into the hype of the music industry. I love discovering artists that nobody knows about it. With that being said, I've never really listened to Juice's music before. I heard the song he did with Laroi called GO and I thought that was pretty dope, but even just hearing the beginning of this song. Man. I can see why the hype surrounded this man.

I listened close to Chester lyrics. I drove 15 hours to attend Link in Park and friends at the Hollywood bowl. Chester kept me alive. His lyrics were universal. People flew from all around the world to attend it was powerful night.
