    idk man would a linux exclusive store actually be a good idea ? I mean we already have gog and itchio both drm-free and support linux would make no sense for a business to start a new store from scratch supporting only the platform with the least amount of users (even tho that platform is gaining traction we're still by far a minority) they'll just end up with no client and no game devs who would even bother publishing their game there
    what's more realistic would be getting like better linux support from gog and itchio like new launcher or something

      Creating new store solves non-existent problem. The existing storefronts are perfectly fine for linux, the games in them are the problem. Making new store doesn't magically port all the games to linux. Drms are unlikely to go anywhere in the near future so making linux support them better is much higher priority than getting rid of it.

      @@luimu the current stores arent that good. steam is drm so you dont own games and gog doesn't support linux that much.
