Scott I had the traditional 30 amp twist lock and had a issue with melting one of the terminal blocks due to lack of contacts. Take a look at this video th-cam.com/video/Ft2bICmIQ_c/w-d-xo.html Also add 6x6 inch x 1/2 plywood on the inside drill the same size hole saw add adhesive Silicone to the plywood then use the screws in 30 amp plug through van wall and into the plywood. It gives the screws something to bite into
Wow, that is really cool! Wished I would have seen this product before I installed, takes all the the twisting out of the equation, eliminating potential wear out…and the contact issue you mention.
