I'm from LA and i spent my summer in Washington preparing for my upcoming season. Had a chance to hoop in Seattle and Tacoma. It's definitely a great brotherhood. I love it here.
TheGotgame Man so disappointing how injuries forced him to retire he probably would have had the same attention as what steph curry has today if he never got hurt I hope he's doing well for himself out of the NBA
I lived in Seattle two summers ago, in Ballard, and I can definitely relate to the whole atmosphere and culture of that low-key vibe. Everyone was so laid back and chill and it was a huge difference coming from the suburbs of Philly. It's something everyone should experience. Seattle has such a care-free essence to it. I played D3 ball in Pennsylvania but I would've loved to have played college ball out there in that type of environment. Another fantastic episode, Grit.
I remembered when Brandon Roy and Jamal Crawford both came up to Richmond, BC in Canada to participate in our grass roots tournament (Dolphin Park Classic) back in 2005. That's grass roots right there.
Man I appreciate the effort you guys put in this cause it comes out so clean and professional honestly think the NBA should be sponsoring you guys and expanding this series on ESPN and stuff cause its an amazing thing you guys got going on!!
So Dope Dev! keep doing your thing. Seattle the Pacific Northwest has an energy that promotes community and a natural enjoyment of life. I"m Canadian and I plan to move there soon the hospitality is uncanny!
That's just great to see. They got a great thing going on with good caring people mentoring them and doing it the right way. It's great to see those that made it, remembered their roots and come back for the next group of up and comers. There's a lot of good people in Seattle. I miss it up there. Best of luck to the Brotherhood!
love what this represents...im from detroit trying to develop a program thatvwill build that bond between hoopers and the community.. devin williams i dont know you from a can of paint.. but what your doing.. and showing the world .. man its inspiring...
man i wish i couldve met you here in seattle i took the bus to some ball spots i know just to see if you would practice there i have the same play style as you i just wanna learn so much more from you but i think its too late for me now its nice to see someonelse do it thou keep it up man your blowing up!!!!
yo, I would love to see you do something like this in the UK became basketball is growing over here across the pond and it would be my dream for you to check it out
Shout out to wifey throwing down some good waffles, eggs and bacon for breakfast. Y'all hoopers stay away from them instagram models and get a real chick like that.
I wish you would hit up Louisville, Kentucky. We have some nice up and coming hoppers and have our fair share of college and NBA players. We have Rondo, Derek Anderson, D'Angelo Russell, Allan Houston, Quentin Snider, Wes Unseld and many more.
***** Man, thank you. Everybody thinks we just walk around with no shoes and eat KFC all day, we got some real ballers down here, been had some actually, we're just now getting looks. With football and basketball.
Missing the beginning. How going back to 1904 with EB Henderson introducing the sport to Blacks. For perspective and background is what makes this story special.
Even tho this vid was just released, jashaun had a growth spurt. he's currently 6'0 165 lbs. Dominic Artis is 6'1" 185 so you can see how closely Jashaun Is coming up to DA. Jashaun also cut his braids off.
Do one on Spokane Washington we have great talent and the biggest 3 on 3 basketball tournament in the world people from all over come to see the talent we have had great players especially john stockton.
