Love the giant shapes you've posted today. What's going to be even better is if you don't pour water over these big chunks with your hands. If they're dry from the top, they'll be more crunchy. I know you have to keep them in water cos of their heavy weight, but don't put water on top. And maybe you can put less water in the tub also. So they don't get mushy.
