Just finished final boss last night and i was a bit confused what is this endgame about but now it's quite clear, it's for talisman farm and those layered armors orbs... And i will see myself wearing the garuda set forever then
@@FightinCowboy With all due respect, it's really not. The examples you've shown were clearly set purely for the sake of progression and otherwise neglected in favor of trying to get through the story/rush to endgame/etc. There's no need to be condescending about it like you were in the video, because while these camps absolutely need improvement and should be worked on it's also very easy to understand how some players might have a bit of difficulty convincing themselves to go back and take things slow when there's something new and exciting right around the corner. Personally, I love setting up a map to fit my needs and trying to plan things out - but even I have a few maps that are completely neglected because I've been too distracted by the grind and/or story. Nothing wrong with being frustrated by it, but I don't think it's that difficult to understand how and why it happens.
Whenever I got to a new zone it took about 30 mins to run around and explore while looking for good camp zones while collecting dragon veins and requires very little effort. Your map having 1 camp tells me one thing: you're lazy. It's no different from people in monster hunter that are end-game with only the base camp. If we're hunting mighty kemono or volatile and your map isn't developed? Yikes
@@FightinCowboy Eh, to be fair my response was a little more in regards to your concerns about tower placement & flying vines. I'm especially on your side when it comes to camp placement, but in the video you go over more than just camps and that's the part that I personally disagree with. Speaking on behalf of myself with this one, but I don't really like setting up Flying Vines until I'm more familiar with a map's overall layout and where I'm going to be encountering Kemono the most. And I imagine this is especially true for people who are less likely to take their time and are instead trying to rush through the game. I'd wager they don't generally make it to that step where they're actually setting up transportation lines, unfortunately. Regardless, it comes down to a little more than just effort and often can reflect things like available time, attention span, and more. The whole "If I can do it, anyone can" thing doesn't really work when players like yourself and I tend to go hard in these types of games but the average player generally does not. Which brings me back to my overall point, it's not about whether or not it's right. This is literally the most frustrating way to go about progressing through the game - especially if you're asking for help and effectively handicap your teammates by giving them no transportation resources to work with. You claim it's baffling, you suggest you don't understand it, but it's very obvious how and why this happens.
