Sir in case of PRI uh nowhere mentioned the RBI CIRCULAR which says that if gone for studies abroad then it will be PROI..This is because students usually start working there.
Since employment is integral part of the visit, the said person would qualify for PROI. apply the logic mentioned in additional condition for section 2(v) for the exclusions of PRI and you will know it without refering the circular by RBI.
@sanidhya saraf sir, you had informed that you will increase the validity of all the courses by one week. (free of cost) but did not act on it. There is no validity extension from your side. Please dont promise next time.
