    Electrons and holes are recombining and releasing the light.After some time we loose all free electrons and holes ,then how they regenerate ?
    Please tell me sir

    Hi Prof S. Parasuraman, thanks for your nice lectures, I have a question about this part of lecture, if you look at the band bending between the n type and intrinsic materials 26:30, the band bends both in upward and downward directions between the n type and intrinsic region, could you tell why this happens?
