      Please try to follow these to build your body and mind strong, so that you can develop a great character:
      1. Wake up early around 5am or 6am, and strictly follow a morning routine (like meditation, walk, yoga or exercise).
      2. Eat healthy food and eat timely. If possible, finish dinner around 7.30 or 8pm.
      3. Try to go to bed around same time every single day.
      Doing all these along with focusing on Studies will definitely help you and you will also get inspired to do something in your community to help people.
