Not since Endless Summer has there been a video that captures the free spirit of the surfing lifestyle in Baja. Great film!
First time I went down the Baja was in 1979! My family drove down in a rented RV. Most of the road was barely paved and Cabo was a sleepy fishing village. Although I was just barely in my teens the trip had a lasting effect on my life and I remember some parts so vividly. It's great to see that some of that feel can still be found and I can't wait to go back!

I'm old now, but my first experiences with surf travel was down the Baja Peninsula, and I've still never seen a wilder place. So many memories, thanks for the video.

I know how you feel. The hardest part of this covid thing is not being able to hit the open road in search for adventure. As soon as I'm allowed, I'm gunna load my backpack, tent and surfboard and drive as far south as possible. Much love fellow gypsy :)

Love it! I too took my 89 surf (diesel rhd Japanese version of the runner) down through baja a few years back and plan on going down fora few months at the end of the year. Can’t wait. Wish I could film like this so I could have made memories like this.

One thing that always makes me wonder is... how places like these can be actually real. I mean seriously!! There is so much beauty found in every corner of this planet but then, it seems like, not everyone of us has the possibility to see it this way. Well, simply a big thank you for creating this peace of art that should enlighten more people to have a different look on the precious thing we call earth. 👏🌍☀
