I am legit amazed that he made that turn around, from the start watching a guy who had been at the world championships dominate 3/4ths of the map and get Kobal to 200 points I thought the writing was on the wall.
He was really just unlucky but Luvnest has made some mistakes in the last tank battle he could have rammed one of the panthers for a save
RNG is the real MVP this game. Sometimes the game just say *fuck you* and there is nothing you can do about it.

@Ginnungagap what about the plane crash revealing the sniper lol? Kobal played well, yes. But luvnest played much better, as you could see how much he was dominating in the early game.
@Ginnungagap yeah, Luvenest should have pushed many of the times but he didn't. He was in the total advantage back then. While Kobal in my opinion almost always did the right choice, good timing to drag units back and also good timing to push units forward, he had great balancing I think that's why he had won.
Luvenest had much more chances but he lost it. Kobal did really played a good game! And so did Luvenest, but he really had some mistakes. What a pity. Anyway, nice match, really intense competition.
rare sight seeing hull down being used in pro matches, It seems effective to lock down a sector with it

Gotta respect Luvnests consistent mining efforts. Really bleeding out the Wehr manpower alongside his own sniper. I'm sure Kobal would of gone double paks if he'd of had the spare MP

Without taking away Kobal's victory against one of the GOATS, but I think he made a deal with the RNG gods before playing this
why not base rush when both panthers had main guns knocked out
what a great game. Luv just had too many vehicles to micro. 2 tanks and 2 katys would have been the way to go.

Really impressive play from Kobal. Very stubborn, patient and excellent choices throughout the game. Hardly put a foot wrong. But Luvnest still dominated until his rustiness started accruing interest. Silly mistakes, very slow reactions, too much gambling, and above all the unusual amount of bad RNG is what really won this match, IMO.

ok so like 23 mins in and the luck for kobal is real, that stug killing the 85, this conscript kill, the railway getting the AT,
also i have thought this for a while, panzer tactician is fucking broken like no way is this fair
alright so GG wp but frankly i think its fair to say Kobal had the RNG gods on his side, and i think Luvnest's decision building so many tanks was unhelpful at midgame, though not lategame, and if he got a 2nd katy he prob would have won out (someone else mentioned this down below here and I agree, nima, ) objectively this is def it
However I cant say this was a solid win for Kobal, he didnt play bad, but the RNG moments in his favour, especially during the early to mid game period, were huge for the tide of the game, plus the vetted panthers which would have been dead if not for panzer tactician, really saved his ass and i think he would have gotten rolled out, (especially with the vetted is2), if it wasnt for this smoke ability for certain axis commanders
i am really gonna state vehemently again, that smoke ability is brokin, theres no contest about this, and needs to be patched out of this game in my opinion, as a ability that can go to ANY vehicle from light to heavy for the wehrmacht, its use is too easy and way to strong in defense, or even aggression, against any situation where the tank or vehicle can go down, and those extra moments before a possible attack ground, if it even comes, are so damn crippling for the opponent

Ooo look at that something a little more pleasant and about the game , thank you, mistakes for sure, I think of mid game armour poundout but I wouldn't call that fatal and I dont know what specific mistake your taking about, also thinking about this again, did u even watch this match man?
I definitely think they should change something. Maybe make it cost more so it cant be spammed as much? I think that would work. I mean think how much more micro and planning using the sherman smoke.
