FIJI (ImageJ): Channel Registration & Alignment [TurboReg and MultiStackReg]

Learn how to use FIJI (ImageJ) to align multi-channel fluorescence images and z stacks. Two plugins are highlighted: [1] TurboReg (to match two images, one of them being called the source image and the other the target image) and [2] MultiStackReg (registering slices of a stack to a reference stack of another channel such that each z-slice can be overlaid with the corresponding slice of the other stack).
Installation: include the following sites in FIJI updater:
TurboReg - BIG-EPFL
MultiStackReg - MultiStackReg (requires TurboReg)
