Grigiore è un pezzo hardcore unico. Frenetico e angosciante, hardcore che nasce dall'anima. Mi tocca in un modo diverso da tutti gli altri pezzi che ascolto

@@40pass for many years I thought they were from Turin too!
I'm not sure why, but for whatever reason some bands were linked to Turin even if they were from somewhere else.
@@damanlidison In this specific case, Upset Noise are somehow linked to Turin because one of their early drummers (the first one? I can't remember) later became Negazione's drummer :)

I wasn't totally sure about that: foggy memory (!) and, then, there's was another "famous" changing drummer situation with NEGAZIONE, so I thought "maybe I don't remember correctly and I'm blurring the two things together"!
But I remember some other bands linked to Turin even if they were from other places: INDIGESTI were from Vercelli, MARLENE KUNTZ from Cuneo (both Piedmont region, pretty close to Turin); but even some others from outside of Piedmont: like KINA (Val D'Aosta), KALI YUGA (from Sicily. Then they actually moved to Turin eventually! 😄)...
I had a ONE DIMENTIONAL MAN (from Veneto) early demo which had a Turin address/phone number for contacts and info, so maybe for a brief moment someone must have linked them with Turin too...

Probabilmente perché (se non ricordo male) il batterista aveva fatto parte dei NEGAZIONE.
A parte questo, non so perché fossero associati a Torino.
Succedeva lo stesso anche con altri gruppi; come i KINA, che però erano di Aosta (e, vabbè, è a due passi di distanza. Ma succedeva anche con gruppi siciliani!).
Forse dipendeva dal fatto che alcune band trovavano più possibilità di suonare (e quindi gravitavano attorno) a Torino più che nelle proprie città.
E, nell'era pre-internet, se sapevi che qualcuno suonava spesso in un certo luogo, magari andava in tour e faceva uscire split con band di quella città, davi per scontato che anche loro fossero parte della scena di quella zona.
@@damanlidison Mai sentito associare gli Upset Noise a Torino. Oltretutto toglie merito ad una regione che ha prodotto tantissime grandi band e ad una scena che è ancora oggi una delle più vive ed attive d'Italia.
@@marcell1trivi infatti è, a maggior ragione, strano proprio perché gli Upset noise vengono da una zona che ha una sua scena piuttosto folta, e non da un posto che non aveva molto "fermento" e le cui band (come nel caso di Aosta ed i Kina) dovevano essere per forza associate ad un'altra città nelle vicinanze...
