Watching this game in whole, it's absolutely amazing that Notre Dame didn't get a goal until late. They were dominating play and shots for a good part of the second half. Hit the woodwork too.
The goal at 3:30... he should've played that first time to the guy wide open far left.... And the eventual goal was a good connection and finish but terrible defense, four guys behind the ball, no one playing man and all caught ball-watching.
ND had no business being there. 3 straight games they couldn’t finish in regulation on their way to getting tons of help from the referee against Oregon State. This should have been a very orange national championship game.

Really exciting, end-to-end game. Very happy with how brave and aggressive both teams were going forward. Must have been a great time in the stadium.
