I like LEGO City. This is amazing set. Good job!
I like the new look with all that green and the squirrels everywhere. Also like the 1x4 brick with the new "Police" print, which is now used everywhere.
Remember how cool the old stations were though
It was like getting 2 burgers for 25 cents but now its like 5$ for half a burger
The 2017 one was the best
I am a big fan of the Lego City collection. Mostly I've given my sons Lego robot kits because that was their interest; But I know Lego city kits and police stations from my youth and it's always been great. This new product release is clearly explained and advertised and looks great and not overly complicated. I also recommend Lego City builds like hospitals, fire stations, beaches, and even shopping malls if they exist.
I might get this set just for that amazing garbage truck!
Edit: a year later, I'm definitely not getting this set because a new Garbage Truck comes out in January

Yeah in my opinion the 2011 set was the best one
The one from 2 years ago was really, really good - this one I am less sure. It's cheaper yes, but also lacking a garage and the helicopter looks odd.

Police station sets will come and go but nothing can beat the quality of these three police station sets set 7237, 7744 and set 7498. I personally believe that these three police station sets were the best police station sets.

@@ClassicStudStudios Yo tengo esa. Antes Lego CITY me gustaba porque se basaba en construcciones grandes y sólidas, atractivas a la vista. Ahora Lego está obsesionado con dar funciones extra de juego a los sets… ¡¡NO HACE FALTA!! Lego debería consistir en construir y construir más. Me gustaba destruir los sets y hacer mis propias versiones, lo cual era muy divertido. Ahora, los sets están hechos de forma que parece que solo pueden construirse así, queda muy raro hacer tus propias construcciones con las piezas que te ofrecen, pero, Hey, ahora tienes una pieza que emite sonidos y luces de sirena… 🤦♂️. Sinceramente, Lego perdió esto que he comentado. Al menos consigue salvarse Lego Creator y algunas excepciones más. Voy a resaltar los sets de la ciudad de Ninjago, ahí sí que hicieron un excelente trabajo.

I have that one. Before, I liked Lego CITY because they were big and solid, attractive constructions. Now Lego is obsessed with giving extra play features to sets… NOT NECESSARY !! Lego should focus on building and building more. I liked destroying the sets and doing my own covers, which was a lot of fun. Now, the sets are made in a way that it seems that they can only be built that way, it is very rare to make your own constructions with the pieces that they offer you, but, hey, now you have a piece that emits sounds and siren lights, or a parachute that isn't even made of Lego ... 🤦♂️. Honestly, Lego lost this that I have commented on. At least Lego Creator manages to save itself and some other exceptions, such as the Ninjago city sets, they did an excellent job there.
@@AlexNINTENFAN I think any set can be changed only with the pieces it has , but your not wrong , Lego creator feels more like a city then lego city , Heck personally I love lego friends more than city because of what they do , Ninjago city sets are AMAZING , Having all three you could make a very different looking city , you have an amazing day my friend
One of the saddest declines I’ve ever seen. It actually breaks my heart that these sets are so shot now considering when I was a kid the Forest Police sets were still brand new
I know right? I was the same case. I was like 8 when I got the Forest Police Station. Still one of the best sets LEGO has ever made. This set, for the same price that the Forest one is, is just an insult!

I know not everyone will agree with me, but to be honest, I’m getting tired of the Police series referencing Lego City Adventures. I mean, Lego’s been doing this for 3 years now. I liked it better when nobody had a specified name. Nobody had the exact same face. Everything wasn’t based on a TV show. I get it’s a great way to promote the show, but I just hope Lego will eventually go back to having unnamed characters. Maybe have another sub theme for the police series too. Maybe Arctic Police. Or Desert Police. But my point is that the Lego City Adventures based sets are starting to get kinda stale

@@CSX8607 I miss the old sets! But lego discontinued them. I remember getting the lego city demolition site set for my 7th birthday and getting the lego city demolition bulldozer on my 9th Christmas! Also I did get the lego city demolition excavator and truck for Christmas! I wish they didn’t discontinue them.
