Dear, We have a vigilon comact plus fire alarm system. the conventional MCPs are connect through I/O interface module. currently, the sounder are also conventional, and being operate through aux relay. we are facing a problem, that whenever we operate any MCP, control panel only display the device label, location and zone etc. no fire indication appear on panel nor sounders are operation. it seems that some settings have been disturbed, and panel not detecting the MCP operation as fire input. please guide us or provide your cell number for detailed discussion.

How can locate the device?. Is it automatically detect devices one by one or we need to feed the barcode of each device in to the main panel?

Automatic detect, just we can allocate device option select in panel

Its a network system in gent by adding network card.. centralize system with network card UpTo 30 gent panel, each network have individual address like node 1, 2 etc.. we can monitor or operates easily...
