    The interview should do 2 things.
    1. Don’t sit in front of a window as the light creates a fog/haze reducing the clarity
    2. Prepare the questions in advance. Instead of urm and arrr 5 times trying to articulate the question, which are all very good questions when they finally asked and I’ve woken up, simply read the question from your notes. You know what you what to ask so formulate in advance.
    Otherwise superb video and the guest is super knowledgable.

    • @quantumfx2677
      @quantumfx2677 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Tongkat seems to slow down after about two weeks, test levels can change throughout the week you would have to see if it seems low constantly or from time to time. If you are on the low end but still in a good range then optimizing diet with foods that boost test and take tongkat on and off especially on high active days you should be good to go. Also any stress can also lower test if it's constant and over training.

    A couple of years ago in the late 80s early 90s. LOL definitely seems not that long ago ha. If you eat a lot of red meat (Stan Efferding says the same thing) you may not need to supplement with Creatine. I do just in case but you don’t really need to load it if you are patient and take it long enough instead. I choose more of the tasteless creatine monohydrate. Much better than things like cell tech with a lot of sugar and additives.

After taking both tongkat ali and fadogia recentely had my blood work taken it was 1236ng per dl and my doctor was wondering what was going on that my testosterone levels were so high and that was over the course of 2 months of taking both suppliments as directed on the bottle along with my trt?

It gives me that "I can keep going and going" feeling but if I do that long enough, I begin to regress....unless, like I said, I lower the overall volume. Has anyone else experienced this?? Maybe there's a synergy type of effect from the creatine and my preworkout??
