This is the exact or very similar formation that Barca have played most of the season. The double pivot of FDJ and Busi with Pedri, Gavi and Raphinha as interiors. Yeah Barca weren't able to play the same level as City but mosly this was the formation we used this season. Moreover Kounde and Balde were those overlapping fullbacks. The 4 men midfield works wonders and Xavi whould utilise this more often !! One thing is for sure Pep and Xavi must have long conversations diacusing formations and tactics 😅
