long story short, it was primarily leaked a few days ago (not sure) but the TCS team has released it to discord since the people who leaked it were taking advantage of the fans, making the fans pay for the leaks.

It's a discarded song, it only remained as an idea and someone came and completed it and that's why it sounds so good but it's a remastered version of the original song.
