The kid that plays SKINNY(the kid with the old school cabby hat) is actor Frankie Burke. He played a young Rocky Sullivan in the 1938 film Angels with Dirty Faces. He had short lived fame due to him resembling a young James Cagney.
Just like the Little Rascals, Laurel and Hardy, The Marx Brothers, The Three Stooges, Abbott and Costello, The East Side Kids are enjoyable when it comes to entertainment. The Golden Years👏👏👏👏
