Of course, it's Yohsi-P so there's pretty much an equal chance it's a way more subtle reference. Maybe it's a reference to Mirage Studios (the company that owned the original TMNT comic) and we're getting some sort of illusionist / mirage based caster. Probably not, but that doesn't feel like any more of a stretch than him wearing a Spiderman shirt to hint at Samurai back in the day.

I like the direction the they took that the trailer is showing. It seems more grounded and focusing on simple exploration. Very refreshing from the usual end-of-the-world calamity.
For some reason, I want to say “inspirations from FFX” like how we have our FF4 expansion, but I don’t know if that would be an accurate guess. That and I can’t think of any class from FFX that would be relevant here (unless if we suddenly decide pirates are the next big thing, which I have doubts. Or at least to give it a fancier title than just pirate). Looking forward to the next expansion.
Hear me out. No blitzball mini game, but blitzballer ranged DPS. Ranged DPS are already kind of rng based just like slots of Wakka, with how fancy reaper animations are and a certain quest line for relics I could 100% see ranged physical dps being a blitzballer. Especially with how big football is in South America which this area seems to be designed around
I don't know, would a Blitzballer count as a Magical Ranged DPS? Like if they had specified it being Physical Ranged or Ranged in general I could see it being a Blitzballer, but I don't see it being a Magical one.

This expansion is gonna be great, not only are we getting a visual overhaul, this might introduce Ship exploration, since its going to probably be a Pirate expansion.
