The engine sounds more like a tractor than the Prado engine. This particular model came with the 1KD engine, that engine has a sweet turbo sound to it even on low gears.
It's not that bad sound like typical Toyota diesel engine also you can hear the sweet turbo as well. Ik Forza isn't good with engine sound but it does the work

How would it get more realistic. This is probably the best we gonna get. With maybe 4k and raytracing, only most realistic thing can be reflections and movement physics
