Person-Centred - individuality - they have own identity, needs, wishes, choices, beliefs, value, every client has own unique care needs. Whistle-blowing - organisation have their own procedures for staff to express their concern, - you must report abuse, documented, body map. Positive behaviour support - a value life, understand, choice, privacy, dignity, respect, independence, safety, security, quality life. Key practice principles - motivate, stimulate, protect people, keef safe.
To prevent urination throughout the night, avoid fluids two hours before bedtime. Remember that caffeine not only keeps us awake, but can also increase the need to urinate, so it’s best to reduce caffeine intake for a better night’s sleep. There are also medical conditions and side-effect of medicines that can cause and increase night time urination such as diabetes and diuretics. use pad.

A calm and reassuring demeanour is absolutely vital in putting a client at ease. Im focuse i can work safety, effectively and conduct the correct risk assessment at all times.
