Thanks a lot!!!🙏🙏 Helped me save like so many more wax sheets and time.. Got my rim done in one attempt.😌 Made the process so simple and to the point . Keep uploading videos sir.. it's going to help a lot🙏
hi, can i ask why the posterior height should be anterior 2/3rd of retromolar pad? it would be very helpful if i can get a reply. thank you in advance :)
ou school makes us do measurements of the labial anterior... the height that the wax should come to is no bigger then 18 mm, and they make us trim down the retromolar pads of the cast to the halfway line, iam not blind i can see the line i made for myself around the outside of the cast, not only that, they want us to have a perfect line and height of 18mm from the middle of the retromolar pad all the way to the anterior, and we have to use a baseplate to do it
Ernesto Lone Wolf Compleatly understand ur frustration . These are just mean measures that should be used as a guide and not as a hard and fast rule. However I do see some teachers ḄE over zealous in following them to a t . This is simply their way of training u in precision hand skill. To each his own I guess
im like so far behind because of this, of all the videos ive seen of wax occlusion not once did i see a mandibular cast of the retromolarpad being cut halfway, and all the people seem to adapt the wax by hand, but the teacher wants us to put a flat baseplate, to the wax and have no gaps in between that means precision from the very first try, and im like '_' wow
They make it appear so easy! But when you do it yourself, it's so difficult! 😂 #dentalstudentstruggles
