It's been helpful to & aligned with my path. Can't light without dark - iz Relativity, yin yang, (+/-), etc. This aligns with some things I realized lately - having taken space to immerse in mySelf & my work today, rather than TH-cam general readings & performing doubt, fear, confusion. Fear was an illusion, a practice we are taught, to disempower by sending our energy elsewheres to things we don't want (thoughts, focus, time, resources) & make self-limiting cages & leashes - of avoidance, Us vs Them, doing harm when we didn't realize our own strength cuz we were taught that we were weak and made it so by practice trying to be small, so on. Anxiety was a practice of (dis)embodied fixation on 'something' being 'wrong'. When that vague sense seeped into the bones, it became a sense / search for something wrong w oneself. It became things like insecurity, hating oneself, fear, tension, depression, the chakras being 'reversed' (negatively charged energy vortex = a black hole). Projected towards others, it became things like mistrust, suspicion, even unintentional 'gaslighting'. It was exhausting - cuz it sent our energy elsewheres, it made the energetic vortexes of our bodies negate reality, negative, negatively charged - twisted up. The reality is everything IS, and what Is-NOT, is not, so it's not existent, thus not possible, thus it couldn't possibly be wrong or bad or cause discomfort of any kind - except by way of making our thoughts that way. Which then become a practice, which then become embodied... Doubt was the belief that something could-not be right or good, true or orderly. Self-doubt was that belief, internalized, made personal, practiced - enough that it became embodied, suffused into the being. A posture taken, hunched over, sad, frowning, stiffened & hardened, defensive - snuffing the heart center by lessening the energies that could get to it, dimming the senses, shutting out joy & pleasure, play & richness, possibilites in the What-is. They sound like a team of malevolent spirits... I banish them & their relatives. I call my guardians & ancestors to tap in on it too. 😊 Glory be, that Akash is resolved.
