Sir your definition is not correct i think
Formation/development of individual from without fertilization or unfertilized egg develo into individual
Formation of embryo from un fertilized egg (n it will be male or drone)
Formation of individual (embryo) from fertilized egg (2n it will be female workers but rarely queen)
