From what I remember, there are 3 lengths of how long the toppings are dispensed for. You have to memorize them and adjust accordingly. I play Taco Mia HD, and to get perfect (or as close as it can be) on orders, you need to move the topping scoop left to right at a consistent speed and go the other direction at a certain point as shown in the tutorial. If I had to eyeball it, I would put the turning point at the spot between edge of the meat and the edge of the taco shell.
