Nice car, but I'm pondering why it isn't quicker? For example, a KIA Stinger GT2 with virtually the same size car, same power/weight ratio & transmission gearing does 0-60 in 4.7 sec reliably.

Coming from a charger SRT I test drove the CT5-v & it’s slow as shit to me I wish at least the 3.6L v6 475hp was available in the CT5 but this still a sexy car
My RT runs 4.8 and 13.3 stock. So pretty even. But they stealing money with this lac. It should be a bit faster than what it is and should come with more hp stock for the price that it cost

I found a way to get 3500 rpm at launch. Go to v mode Cut performance traction managment to in active. All the way left. Cut traction off. Now press brake all the way down. It will go to 3500 and not cut in and out at launch. Wont sound like 2 step. Try it and let me know how it worked.
@@Draghub yeah it is interesting. They claim the 22 does it in 4.9 but the 23 is 4.6. That’s why I think maybe it’s gearing is different or something. Not a huge difference though lol
I've been driving mine two years. I still don't feel 405 lb ft torque at 1,500 rpm or ever? Yah it's quick if you floor it, otherwise it drives well like any car. The Magnet ride suspension doesn't have a "luxury" feel, even at soft settings. It's firm, but compliant.
@@Draghub It sounds great, I don't think we need more horsepower on the street, lol. It's not for drag or track, it has enough hp to overtake on highways. And the MRC suspension and eLSD also superior than most competitors, if you take it to track ,it handles much better than those entry German performance cars. Ride quality has been my fav part of this car.

It’s almost 90 degrees outside that play a big factor in time

Well, you’re right about that, it’s not that fast, which isn’t surprising as it’s not a full-blown V model.
Still nice, though I’m a diehard V8 guy.

Mine is AWD 2020 in Evergreen color. welcome to the Caddy gang. I tried once or two to launch it, I recall was like 5.4s. RWD is quicker.
