This fantastic!! I make awesome zombie masks and wanted up my game of details. I wanted to create a pulsing brain. I like your technique and was thinking running tubing down the back of the mask under the hairline , down the sleeve and actuate it by squeezing a air ball? Not sure what that called . Kind of like pumping ball on blood pressure kit.

I remember a similar effect being used at the end of the 1953 "War of the Worlds" film to show a Martian dying from infection.
