REUPLOAD! Somehow the first one only published the first 14 minutes?? I hope you learn some new things about sake brewing, and this unique overnight stay! Did you know experiences like this exist in Japan?
Sitting here in late summer, 22 degrees C at 8.p.m., humidity that feels like 1000% - and now I can´t wait for winter and snow! Interesting vlog; didn´t know about the extensive effort, that goes into brewing sake!
It's wonderful that they are taking on the challenge of sake brewing, which is a rare experience even for us Japanese people. I am always impressed by their willingness to learn more about Japanese culture.!(^^)! 私たち日本人でもなかなか経験できない酒造りに挑戦するのは素晴らしいです。いつも日本文化を深く知ろうとする姿勢に感銘を受けます。
So inspiring. I basically cried. I love their culture so much. What a dream.. I WILL visit one day. Do they always have English speakers there? Thank you so much for sharing. @heratlas

All that effort is nice from a historical perspective but honestly seems wastefully unnecessary
