Loving this build - that wheel looks awesome. The misaligned frame is annoying but shouldn't be too hard to correct - definitely worth taking the time to get it just right now - otherwise it will bug you forever. A good steel straight-edge rule is a handy tool for jobs like this one - and a couple of cups of tea of course!

one of the reason for not filming is i didn't want to spend too long editing out the sweary words, the final part of the repair is pretty straight forward and should get it to about 99%. thanks for watching and your input I appricieate the support

Before you go any further Sir, have you considered how you intend to paint and weather these sub assemblies? You are doing a great job with a large and complicated kit! All the best from a cold and wet Stratford, New Zealand.

thanks for that it means alot Im going to be painting in batches with the model still broken down into it component parts, I've been doing some research and the weathering is pretty much the same throughout the only real buildup of dirt is on the tracks the rest is surface dirt and dust because they use water to dampen down the material they dig out, i'll be dry brush the component parts as i go along and then a final applicaton of dry pigment powders for the texture apart from the digging wheel which has its own unique look that will take alot of effe get right
