Charlie stopped by Woodstock and talked to my wife and I. It was nice to meet him and great to see the excitement for aviation in the younger generation.
It was great talking with both of you! I really hope to start inspiring more people my age to get into aviation. The need is there! Hope to see you both again!
Thank you for sharing this trip to Dulles, VA! So cool to see you clear class B and get to land there! Wahoo. I hope to do so in the future to see the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum there!
@GregSmith1116, keep an eye out for the next Innovations in Flight Day and meet us there. You can do it!
Class B , WOW. keep up the good videos.
Hi @Ricardo6711. As a VFR pilot, you too can fly into a Class B airport, just plan it out and pick the right conditions. AOPA video director Josh Cochran and I flew into Philly Int'l Class B for a cheesesteak sandwich, the Liberty Bell, and to run up the steps to the art museum like Rocky! th-cam.com/video/kfFHzpRqpRI/w-d-xo.html
There is a red Magni Gyroplane on the right at 4:11. N736D.
Been looking at the tripacer but you two look cramped and I’m bigger than either of you two.
