John, thank you so much for the time and effort to do this. I have been watching and continue to look for EVERYTHING from you on the MULE PRO-FXT. Just purchased a 2022 Ranch Edition and am starting down the road on accessorizing. Your videos are superb. My parts list is getting VERY long and will be ordering a lot of items through you. Starting with Accessory Fuse Block Kit and Dual Battery Kit, then go from there (and the list is long to get the new MULE ready for back country scouting and hunting use).
I have the Mule FXT Pro Ranch Edition. It has a factory installed winch. As part of the winch wiring, there is a relay already installed in the location of the fuse accessory kit relay.. I ordered and installed the fuse accessory kit following your video, with one minor exception. I installed the fuse accessory relay below the winch relay. Everything worked out great. I am now ready to install a second battery following this video. I have one problem...I have no place to put the relay needed for the dual battery. Do you have any suggestions?
I had a Dealer install a winch and snow plow on one of my 610 XC`s. Then it sounded as though it was pulling down hard on battery when I plow function. so, I bought two factory alike dry batteries, acid filled, charged... Installed them both, running parallel system, to take the grunge off the generating system. Any comments you have would be appreciative. I'm not quite done but I'm feeling positive. I been working on Heavy Equipment most of my life back to a 6v group 4 battery system with a generator on Caterpillar machines I had to polarize to make function...But I'm not a whiz. Your vids are a bit over my head...why the solenoids.?
I got the same mule and I agree with the winch draining the battery while plowing. I’m planning to get a better/new battery for it since I bought this mule second hand and I’m sure it needs a better battery. Anyways I’m planning to install a car battery in it for more power. Do you have any pics or videos of your mule battery set up? There’s a big open spot underneath my seat looks like I can fit a car battery haha.
@@tmtv2234 I since realized the hook from the winch / connection to the plow frame was near center of mass. [to close to the machine] A reaffixed the winch hook further forward so it [the winch] wasn't attempting to lift the entire plow up. That made a tremendous difference in 'strain'.
@@CScav243 that is a smart idea because I’m on the same boat and I need to do exactly what you did. So do you think having a set up like that will drain the battery faster? Since the winch is working much harder to lift the plow?
@@tmtv2234 Sammy...That spot under the passenger side of the seat is where I mounted the other battery. It was a pain making a little battery hold down spot with some rubber under it. The batteries need to be identical or they won't charge evenly. I paralleled them with 10 Ga wire. I figured it wouldn't be so hard on the batteries and the charging system.. One other thing I did was get, I believe 6mm metric bolts for the battery cables...I took 2" long Bolts, cut the head off, screwed them down thru terminal nut, so I have about 1 1/2" of thread sticking up to fasten other things to it. I cut the dash and installed a volt meter. I changed out the original light bubs and switched to LEDs. I put a second rear tail light on..[which was a bastard]. I ran wire up to top and LEDs up top. If you want some pics ask me...Maybe give me your email and I'll send you a bunch. It was a fun project...most of the time.

I know I'm only 14 but Man U videos are addictive
Alternator upgrade?
Looking at your website, KAF080-048 is not listed as a Dual Battery kit, but as something else, did this get pulled?
The battery kit is here: www.partzilla.com/product/kawasaki/KAF080-025
Do you have a video for the 2019 Teryx4 and where is the video for wiring the accesory fue block?
We will add it to the list!

Did you ever get an answer on where to put the relay?
@Partzilla. Any idea how to install with the relay preinstalled in same location on ranch edition?
I have the same issue, Partzilla.... can you please help us?

You'll get it. The solenoids link the power system.

Didn't show anything about wiring from altenator.
David Clark nothing to show, factory wire charges both.
