    So you'd need something like 100 of these per person? At what point is it more reasonable to drill a well or deliver water or move?

    atmosphere only holds so much, living downwind from this would suck... the moisture from your body in a manmade atmospheric desert. shessh this thing seems almost as bad as ICE-9 :P
