- BYB Extreme Bare Knuckle Fighting made its Louisiana debut for BYB 28 on Saturday, July 13th at the John A. Alario Event Center. In the main event, Gustavo Trujillo face champion Ike Villanueva for the Police Gazette World Diamond Belt and BYB Heavyweight title. In the co-main event, former BYB Lightweight Champion Monica Medina and Helen Peralta fought for the inaugural BYB Women's Featherweight championship.

* Slidell, LA's Scott O'Shaughnessy takes on "The Butcher" Chad Kelly
* UK Champion James Connelly faces fellow Brit Mark Tiffin
* Opelousas, LA's Logan Speyrer makes his BYB debut against Ukraine's Oleksandr Sitarchuk

* Fan favorite JD Burns goes up against Rome Lindsay

Refs should be required to call “break” with the same word not every other ref says something different like “clean“ or just yelling “alright” it should not be up to the fighter to interpret what the ref means during a fight
