Not sure if you played or anyone told you but Winston doesn’t just say is name at the end of his ult, he says it in almost every interaction he does. Every time he lands after his jump pack he says Winston. Is you say hello or thanks it was replaced with “Winston”. Pretty funny
The whole game is changed currently. Different moves for some. Different lines because your character’s lines spoken are the same as enemy lines. Hard to explain but the supports were different because of that.

Late, but support heroes say the same line if they're friendly. Enemy supports have different ult lines (Experience tranquility vs Pass into the iris)
