I would not call safijiiva devilish, I get that it is red and has black horns but it’s attacks are pure bioenergy and it’s name translates to pure soul.
After seeing this, I sure do hope Monhun/Capcom does another official size comparison video like this again during their 20th anniversary, WorldBorne, RiseBreak and possibly the next gen monsters in it
For a monster size, length from head to tail does not really picture it's true size. Maybe they should also add wingspan, that would better picture a monster size.
Nah, I have a Valstrax the size of 2500+, cuz the monsters can grow beyond the numbers on screen, I think those are the lowest numbers of the gold crown...except goss harag, his gold crown is 906 and tiny is 650, I think they got that wrong
@@Doomguyhunter1 Goss is type Tall if we're talking monsters like Volvi, Arzuros etc which I find interesting because they have Rajang as bigger but even if Rajang stands up...he's not as "Tall as Goss
I didnt realize just how small amatsu is in this game until i saw gaismagorm. Idk if im correct but og amatsu was a good bit larger than sunbreak amatsu. Also Not to mention the fact that the valstrax model is larger than the velkhana model but it is massively smaller. So it turns out it's the other way around...
Imagine living in this world where all of these creatures including the other titanic monsters were apart of your life....... 20th anniversary next year couldn't be more proud being a gen 1 player seeing a game that got little attention becoming Capcom's 1 selling title. Hopefully we'll get their version of a size comparison.
Since most people live in big walled cities like Dundorma, or small villages protected by fierce hunters, you'd have to become a hunter yourself if you want to see more than Gargwa and Aptonoth!

Keep in mind that that's just length, Velkhana's tail spear kind of fudges the numbers because it is really long,it also probably counts the extra ice from the enrage as extra length.
We need more giant monsters in sunbreak Gaismagorm, ibushi, narwa, and amastu feels like not enough World/Iceborne have zorah magdaros, xenojiva, safijiva, kulve taroth, shara, behemoth, and fatalis That's a lot
Ah yes how fun Zorah was with its extremely slow unengaging fight, and how fun Behemoth was with all of the preparation you needed to do as well as the fact that you need to play specific roles to beat the thing, but don't forget how fun Xeno was, you thought the first fight was fun bc it was a spectacle but then you realize how slow and annoying to hit the monster is, 4 larger monsters is fine, we don't need 6 gigantic monsters in every entry especially seeing some fights previously were just not fun, Kulve, Safi, Fatalis and Shara were fun but the other giant monsters of iceborne were annoying, a slogfest or were just way too convoluted.
are the ingame scales incorrect or why is Aknosom bigger than Pukei when Pukei is stated to be the bigger one on the size scale? or didn't you get the "largest" size of every model into the vid?

I had a feeling Gaismagorm was close to the size of Gogmazios, looks like I was correct. It’s also just slightly larger than Safi’jiiva.
i find it crazy that gogmazios is like 5 m larger than gaismagorm and can still fly

@@vergil4928I do feel like Gogmazios has a far lightweight body than Gaisma so that may be why.
@@vergil4928 Gog needs to forcibly beat his wings to sustain flight, which is crazy that he's strong enough to create lift for his own body weight.

I think a flat map and better poses for mons wouldve helped cause some appear smaller than they are

Amatsu in this game is 306.92 cm longer then he was in previous games, and his whiskers are now over half his body length.
