I'm more of an IC Bus guy, but when it comes to the service door mechanisms, I'm usually an expert. From the looks of it, the bottom door hinges are connected to the sides of the step well, but you should really get it replaced when you're able.

Doug the reason I did that cause the battery's were already low so waiting for the glow plugs to heat it would drain the battery's even more not causing the bus to start I know I should of but it was only a one time thing and the bus has new battery's and a kill switch.

I'm not sure if they come separately, but I'd recommend replacing or fixing anything with those rust holes in them.
