King of Light I feel for you. Just like Lancelot was the Closest thing Arthur had to a Brother, Gawain probably was the closest thing she had to a son. Gawain Truly was the spitting Image of the King of Knights, he also resembles Proto Saber
@alvi syahri Artoria not being human enough for some people isn't why the war started, it was just enough of an excuse for the ones who plotted against Artoria to start a rebellion, by manipulating the minds of the ignorant. If it wasn't for Morgan le Fay, Artoria would have achieved eternal peace as no outsiders could touch the King and her kingdom. Being misunderstood isn't enough to spark a rebellion on its own. Mordred was a child in a rapidly aging teenage body. You cannot necessarily blame her for everything, as it was the plotting of Morgan that truly ended the kingdom and let's be honest, you give a kid the power to bring down entire armies, then they're gonna do some pretty insane things if you upset them in the slightest. Being reasonable isn't what children are best at. Being told you're not fit to be king wouldn't cause just anyone to go mad, but since Mordred was a child with a devil on her shoulder, well, chaos ensues. However, Mordred was a brat. You cannot deny that. Her upbringing is irrelevent to the fact. She got so many killed because her daddy didn't love her enough because she was busy leading the country, putting herself through constant mental agony and sacrificing her own happiness and freedom all for her people. When you think of what all Mordred's actions had undone, you can't help but resent her a little bit, even if she was ultimately a victim too. And btw, Tristan ended up regretting his decision to abandon Artoira and died a hypocrites death. Poisoned by his wife for not paying her enough attention. It's even stated that the traitors who survived the Battle of Camlann, ended up regretting their treachery as well. Not to mention that Agravain, the spy who had a huge role in igniting the rebellion, also acknowledged Artoria as the ideal king and had wished he could have served her instead, and help her create the perfect kingdom. His respect for Artoria was so great, that even after discovering her true gender, he still did not waver in his opinion on her, despite hating women greatly. So yeah, Artoria not being human enough was a stupid excuse for war and shouldn't be taken seriously as at least half of those who betrayed Artoria for it, including those who started the damn war, who either regretted it or never truly believed in it to begin with. Morgan for one just fucking hated Artoria, end of.
You could also blame The World for The Fall Of Camelot too,Camelot is the last Age Of God and it must fall and let The World move into Age Of Man (or Modern),sadly The Fall Of Camelot can not be change.(also B*tch Morgan also put a spell on Mordred and use her death body to injury Arthur)
It's actually a nice end to his subplot from Extra. It resolves all his issues, his anger, his regret, with one final conversation with his True King, where "Arthur" basically tells him he has already earned forgiveness, he should just continue being the loyal Knight he has always been.
interesting fact : Sir Gawain is one of noble knights of Templars(but I don't know it's another person or not). it's written in history that Gawain almost get his hands on the Holy Grail by trying to kill his comrade, cuz his comrade didn't allow Gawain to own the Holy Grail just to himself. but he failed and his comrade take the Holy Grail to the safety (which is unknown till now)
Emiyasviel von Einzbern Then it's normal. It's not hard, and it's certainly not on very hard. You're playing normal or easy mode when your servant is in his level 30's, it's no wonder you just ate through everything. Honestly though, I never played on normal, even when I first got the game, shame on you.
Emiyasviel von Einzbern Well you're making the game look bad by playing on easy and calling it hard basically. I mean, nobody ever said the game was difficult, but it was never that easy. I also find it gross that you would even consider playing on easy or normal mode.
He's the embodiment of the perfect, loyal knight, as Artoria is the perfect king. Go to Mordred if you want to see an edgy, self aware knight, or Tristan, for an entitled, flawed knight. Perhaps Lancelot, who is a tragic knight. Maybe even Bedivere who is a knight who cares for you on a personal level. There's Agravain, the logical and tactically brilliant knight who can rule for you. Or maybe Galahad, if you want a religious knight who serves God over any king. Gawain though? You cannot expect anything but extreme dedication and loyalty and self sacrifice for the crown, regardless of who sits on the throne.
I think he's still supposed to be her nephew. Same way Mordred is still her son. That's why Gawain has a version of Excalibur (his Excaliubur is sun-based because Gawain's legend link his power to the sun, Lancelot killed Gawain by waiting until nightfall).
round table knight realy are gentelman
All but 1, Mordred
Sora Light Well, she was always the black sheep of the bunch. XD _Poor Mordred._
Btw, you hyped for Astolfo in Extella Link? :)

by far probably one of my favorite side missions.
Gawain: praise the sun
The Sun: you want some P O W E R bois
Pretty sad but archer ending probably the best/saddest ending out all side story.

I think the comrade you speak of is galahad and he gave away the holy grail.he didnt wish anything of it.he just gave it away.
damn gawain defeat seiba like it was a regular enemy
He's playing easy mode.
Nope, I never play on an easy mode. maybe it on normal or hard. I can't remember now.

Dude, Did i offend you somehow? Sry, about that. I just told you I never play on an easy mode that all.
So it just on the normal. that it. Okay?

Gawain is such a yes man smh
He truly Deserves to be called a King of Round
He's the embodiment of the perfect, loyal knight, as Artoria is the perfect king. Go to Mordred if you want to see an edgy, self aware knight, or Tristan, for an entitled, flawed knight. @@soralight_x agreed
I like that like Nero, Gawain got a second chance.
Archer reminds me of Grimmjow from Bleach
does anyone know if gawain is related to saber ?? i heard he was her nephew.
CH4L4H4Z4N kinda, one of King Arthur's brother in law son
I think he's still supposed to be her nephew. Same way Mordred is still her son. That's why Gawain has a version of Excalibur (his Excaliubur is sun-based because Gawain's legend link his power to the sun, Lancelot killed Gawain by waiting until nightfall).
The sword's name is Galatine not Excalibur.
Darth Portus actually it's Excalibur galitine don't believe me look it up
Neverthless it's not "version of excalibur" but sister sword of it. It is also weaker then excalibur itself.
For some reason my missions for Gawain apart from mission one are locked
I don't have that problem. Maybe because I cleared all of the Main Story before playing the Sidestory.
